Rebreather diving is becoming more popular and is not just designed for the hardcore
diver. Benefits such as being warmer, three hour bottom times, the unit weighing
the same as a conventional scuba unit allows the recreational diver to pursue other
avenues of diving without having to join the Marines.

The Frog Mark I Rebreather is designed to educate an open water diver through various
training levels to achieve competent rebreather diving skiills. The Frog Rebreather
entry level instruction is called the Sport Technical Diver. A Sport Technical Diver is limited to 100% Oxygen and grade
D compressed breathing air. Upon accomplishing the course, the diver may continue
their education by learning the Technical
Diver program. This program is limited to breathing 100% oxygen and EAN
mixes between 32% and 40%. Each program includes classroom, pool and open water
dives. Closed in Cozumel also offers both Sport Technical and Technical travel excursions
to nearby locations. It is recommended to participate in these excursions to meet
both Frog Sport and Technical Divers alike. |

Lastly, a diver can continue their education by encompassing their Technical Diver
knowledge into a commerical environment. The required commerical diving skills will
be covered. This program is a speciality and must be discussed with Closed In Cozumel to pursue this personalized
training.
